During raids in Iskele restaurants, 77 expired products were seized
On the eve of the Eid al-Fitr holiday, the Environmental and Health Department of the Iskele Police Department inspected restaurants in the region. During the checks, 77 expired items were confiscated and destroyed.
The raids checked the expiration dates of the products as well as compliance with hygiene rules. The police did not specify which establishments were inspected and which products were seized.
The municipality stated that the department will be actively working during the holiday weekends.
It is also noted that the municipal authorities are taking measures to punish those who do not comply with the rules and laws.
