In a statement by the organizers, it is noted that placing bird nests is an important practice for maintaining natural life and preserving ecosystem balance, with many benefits.
In particular, nests increase biodiversity, provide insect control, enhance seed dispersal, support ecotourism, and help maintain natural balance and support nature conservation research.
The statement also emphasized the potential of sustainable use of bird nests in forests to maintain ecosystem health and biodiversity, noting that the nest placement process should be carefully planned and adapted to natural conditions.
The organizers reminded that in 2019, bird nests were already placed in two areas of these forests. Positive results were obtained during inspections conducted after the pandemic.
