New Medical Office Opens in Tatlisu, and a Dental Clinic Is Coming Soon
A medical office has officially reopened in Tatlisu, and soon, the area will also welcome a new ambulance and a modern dental clinic.
The Minister of Health of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), Hakan Dinççürek, announced the restoration of the Tatlisu Health Chamber, achieved through collaboration with local municipal authorities.
As the minister explained, the region is rapidly developing, and the demand for healthcare services is growing. Consequently, the medical office, which had been without a doctor for many years, has now resumed its services to the public.
“We are committed to developing the area where the 112 emergency center is based, increasing its capacity, and modernizing it. With the opening of the Tatlisu Medical Center, we will be able to offer more comprehensive healthcare services,” the minister said.
The minister expressed his gratitude to Tatlisu Mayor Hayri Orçan for his cooperation and announced that a new ambulance had been allocated to the region to strengthen local healthcare services. The existing ambulance had become so worn out that it was no longer able to provide reliable service.
In addition, a modern dental department will be set up in the new medical center in Tatlisu, replacing the old, unused dental clinic. A team of dentists will visit the region on scheduled days to provide services to the local residents.
“In line with the Prime Minister’s directives, we are continuing to bring essential services to our people, ensuring they have access to care right near their homes and in neighboring areas,” the minister stated.
