In the TRNC, directors of two departments have been replaced
Resignations and appointments of high-ranking officials continue in Northern Cyprus. The leadership of two departments has changed.
Fatma Baysal, the director of the Postal Department of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, and Dürdane Abi Avсi, the director of the Department of Highways, have been relieved of their positions.
Kazım Kafaoglu has been appointed as the new head of the Department of Highways, while Yakup Iskender has become the director of the Postal Department. Decisions regarding the dismissal and appointment of new directors have been published in the Official Gazette.
It is worth noting that earlier in Northern Cyprus, seven high-ranking officials were relieved of their positions simultaneously. Among them was Bora Akkuş, the governor of Nicosia district, who learned about his dismissal from the newspaper.
Most of them were immediately replaced and found new positions.
