Complaint from residents of Iskele: after rains, the road behind Grand Sapphire is flooded again

Residents of the area behind the Grand Sapphire casino in Iskele complain about regular flooding: after every rain, the road in the residential quarter turns into a “lake,” with water lingering for a long time and becoming a serious obstacle to traffic.
According to locals, children and families suffer the most — school buses find it difficult to reach homes, causing students either to miss classes or to travel in unsafe conditions. Car owners also note that attempts to drive through the flooded section often end with vehicle damage.
Residents claim they have repeatedly contacted the Iskele municipality, but no noticeable action has yet followed from the services. People are asking the authorities to move from formal replies to concrete measures — to ensure safety and normal living conditions in a rapidly developing area.
