In Turkey, the second payment of 2025 has been made under the state support program for male calves born as a result of artificial insemination. The program is implemented based on the Council of Ministers' decree "On the Determination of Agricultural Subsidies" and is under the control of the Veterinary Department.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, 12 livestock breeders received financial assistance. The total amount of payments was 1 million 820 thousand Turkish Liras.

Subsidies were provided for 520 calves born through artificial insemination. The support amount was 3,500 Turkish Liras per calf.

The ministry noted that the program aims to develop livestock breeding, improve the quality of breeding stock, and encourage the use of modern breeding methods.

Cattle producers can receive their payments at branches of the Central Cooperative Bank.
