How to change a ferry ticket to Turkey?

To change the departure date for a ferry to Turkey or Northern Cyprus, it can be done 24 hours or more before departure. To do this, you need to open the ticket email and click on the "Sefer değiştirme" (Change Reservation) button located on the right side of the passenger name list.

You can also do this in your account on the website in the "Biletlerim" (My Tickets) section. You will need to enter your email address, booking number (found in the ticket email), and the passenger's surname in capital letters.

If the ticket price for the new date exceeds the cost of the purchased ticket, the website will offer to pay the price difference.

You can also obtain an open ticket, which allows you to use the ferry on any date within a year from the date of issuance.
