When does the police receive information from surveillance cameras?

Information from road cameras reaches the police no earlier than one month after the violation. You can check for fines at the nearest police station.

You must pay the fine within 15 days. If payment is not made within the deadline, the fine doubles and you are given an additional 15 days to pay (for the doubled fine). After 30 days, if you still haven't paid the fine, the case is transferred to court.

Fines for driving under the influence (if more than 50 mg of alcohol is detected in the blood), fines for driving under the influence of drugs, fines for refusing an alcohol test, or fines for refusing to go to a police station or other institution equipped with devices to measure blood alcohol content must be paid within 3 days of being issued.

Both fines issued by the traffic police and fines captured by cameras can be paid at a police station. Here we explain the payment process, and on this page, you can see the locations of police stations.
