Paid Parking at Girne Harbor
The easiest option is to leave your car at one of the official parking lots. There are two closest ones.
Baldöken Otoparkı
The main and largest parking lot near the fortress and harbor. With a vast number of parking spaces, you can almost always find a spot. There is a small park and a restroom near the parking lot, and it's a five-minute walk down to the harbor.
Ücretli Otopark
Located even closer to the harbor and fortress, just a 2-3 minute walk. However, it is not as large and fills up quickly during peak times.
Free Parking at Girne Harbor
Of course, there are often no spaces available in such parking lots. But not everyone knows about the first one on the list, for example.
Under the Fortress Walls
A spontaneous but popular parking lot is located right under the fortress walls, and it is also the closest to the harbor. Few people drive there—to find it, you need to drive 10 meters from the previous parking lot, make a sharp right turn, and go down.
Along Kordonboyu Park
If you believe in your luck, you can try to park along 20 Temmuz Kordonboyu Caddesi Street, parallel to the park and promenade of the same name. But you have to "catch" a spot, and waiting for someone to leave is not possible due to the width of the road.
