Child Benefit in Cyprus

Children's allowances in the Republic of Cyprus are available to both citizens of the country and foreigners who have been legally residing in the country for at least 5 years.

All families with children are eligible for the allowance, not just socially vulnerable population groups.

Main allowance amounts:

• Family with one child — 475 euros per year;
• Family with two children — 570 euros per year per child;
• Family with three children — 1045 euros per year per child;
• Family with four children or more — 1675 euros per year per child.

The form must be filled out by hand in Greek and submitted to the Ministry of Labour or Citizens Service Center (KEP).
