Exhibition "Agropoetics: soils / bodies"

The Cyprus Presidency and the Deputy Ministry of Culture present the group exhibition «Agropoetics: soils/bodies» at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Curator — Dr. Elena Parpa.

The exhibition brings together more than fifty Cypriot artists — both historical and contemporary — and offers an expanded reading of the notion of "landscape" in relation to nature, land, place, and soil. Through diverse artistic approaches, the landscape is explored not only as an aesthetic experience but also as a cultural construct, a contested territory, and a living ecosystem.

The exhibition is accompanied by a publication with texts by more than thirty authors, as well as a parallel program: guided tours, film screenings, and a symposium.
