Can I legally reside in Cyprus after a divorce?

Under EU law, minor children and former spouses of EU citizens from third countries have the right to reside in EU countries after divorce from EU citizens. But there are some nuances. The law works if:
- you have been married for at least three years;
- if you have an official job;
- you must have health insurance.
