Cloudy Weather with Frost in the Mountains Expected in Cyprus on December 12
The Republic of Cyprus Meteorological Department reports that weak high-pressure conditions will affect the region on Thursday, December 12.
The morning is expected to be mostly overcast, with cloudy skies dominating the first half of the day.
Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach around 20°C inland and along the coast, while the mountainous areas will experience cooler highs of approximately 10°C.
By evening and overnight, the weather will clear up in most areas, though occasional patches of increased cloudiness may appear. Nighttime temperatures are predicted to drop to around 7°C inland, 10°C on the coast, and as low as 4°C in the mountains, where localized frost is possible.
Heading into Friday and the weekend, the weather is expected to remain mostly clear, with occasional periods of localized cloud cover. On Friday, isolated showers are forecast, primarily in the mountainous regions.
Temperatures will gradually decline, falling slightly below the seasonal average.
