On May 13th, Cyprus is forecasted to experience cloudy weather with rain and thunderstorms
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, weak low pressure is affecting the region on Monday, May 13th.
Throughout the day, expect predominantly cloudy skies with occasional showers and storms, particularly in the eastern half of the island during the morning. Cloud cover will increase temporarily in most areas after noon, bringing rain and thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains but also in other parts of the island.
The meteorological forecast indicates daytime temperatures rising to 27°C inland, 24°C on the coasts, and 14°C in the mountainous regions.
By evening, skies will mostly clear, although low clouds may increase in some coastal areas. Temperatures will drop to 14°C inland, 16°C on the coast, and 8°C in the mountainous regions.
It is anticipated that the air temperature will gradually increase slightly by Thursday, approaching the average seasonal climatic values.
