On May 15th, Cyprus is expected to have cloudy weather with rain in the mountains

According to the Cyprus Meteorology Department, on Wednesday, May 15th, the region is under the influence of weak low pressure.

During the first half of the day, temporarily increased average and high cloudiness is expected, and after lunch, clouds will bring brief showers and thunderstorms mainly in the mountains, inland areas, and the east.

According to the meteorological forecast, today the air temperature will rise to 27°C inland and on the northern coast, to 26°C on the southeast and east coasts, around 25°C on other coasts, and down to 16°C in mountainous areas by daytime. By evening, the weather will be mostly clear, and in the morning hours, thin fog and low clouds may form in some places.

The air temperature will drop to 14°C inland, to 15°C on the coast, and to 10°C in mountainous areas.

It is expected that over the next three days, the temperature will significantly increase and fluctuate above the average climatic values.
