Rainy Weather Lingers Over Cyprus on April 25
Rainy conditions continue across Cyprus this Friday, April 25, as moderate low pressure remains in control of the region, according to the Republic of Cyprus Department of Meteorology.
Increased cloud cover is expected during the first half of the day, bringing rain and the possibility of isolated thunderstorms — starting in the west and spreading to mountainous and inland areas. The sea will be slightly rough.
Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach around 26°C inland, 23°C along the coast, and 16°C in the mountains.
Cloudy skies will continue into the evening, bringing more scattered showers and possibly some storms, especially in the western, northern, and mountainous parts of the island.
Overnight, temperatures will fall to around 11°C inland, 15°C on the coast, and about 7°C in the mountains.
Looking ahead, more scattered showers and storms are expected on Saturday. Sunday and Monday will bring partly cloudy skies, with occasional showers in mountainous areas. Temperatures are not expected to change significantly over the next three days and will remain close to seasonal norms.
