July 5 in Cyprus: Heat Up to 35°C and Afternoon Rain in the Mountains
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, seasonal low pressure will affect the region on Friday, July 5.
In the first half of the day, increased cloudiness is expected, with isolated rain possible in the mountains in the afternoon.
According to the weather service forecast, daytime temperatures will rise to 35°C in inland areas, 31°C on the coast, and 27°C in the mountainous regions.
By evening, the weather will remain mostly clear, with occasional low cloudiness on the western and northern coasts. The air temperature will drop to 22°C inland and on the coasts, and to 17°C in the mountainous regions.
Over the weekend, the weather is expected to be mostly clear, with increased cloudiness in the afternoon, particularly in the mountains.
In the coming days, temperatures will gradually rise significantly and fluctuate above average climatic values.
