Larnaca and Paphos Airports Decorated for the New Year
Hermes Airports, the managing company of Cyprus’ airports, has decorated both Larnaca and Paphos airports in celebration of the upcoming New Year and Christmas. Throughout December, festive events will be held at both locations.
Yesterday afternoon, employees of Hermes Airports, together with members of the airport community, lit up the Christmas lights at Larnaca Airport, marking the official start of the holiday season.
Throughout December, passengers and visitors can enjoy live performances by musical groups playing beloved Christmas carols at both airports.
In addition, over 800 primary school children from the Larnaca district will take part in interactive workshops at Larnaca Airport. These activities include a treasure hunt within the airport, competitions, and an interactive electronic puzzle.
Moreover, the airport management continues to support the "Host a Family for Christmas" program organized by the Cyprus Volunteer Coordination Council. This initiative ensures that families have access to food, while children receive festive gifts.
