Part of Limassol Experiences Water Outage Due to Damaged Pipeline
On Monday afternoon, a section of Limassol faced a water supply disruption caused by damage to a main pipeline.
According to the Limassol District Administration, a burst pipe on Bouboulinas Street in Mesa Geitonia interrupted the water supply to multiple buildings in the area.
The affected region spans south of Spyros Kyprianou Avenue, east of Archbishop Makarios III Avenue in Mesa Geitonia, west of Agios Athanasios Avenue, and north of Valteitsiou, Picasso, A. Zappa, Aristomenis, Riga Fereou, and Agios Panteleimon streets.
Repairs are already underway, and water service is expected to be restored by approximately 1:00 PM, according to the administration's announcement.
