Cyprus Airways Adjusts Flight Schedule Due to Aircraft Delivery Delay
Cyprus Airways has adjusted its flight schedule due to unexpected delays in the delivery of new Airbus A220 aircraft.
Representatives of the airline have apologized to passengers.
According to the airline, the schedule adjustments required in recent weeks have now been completed.
"The current situation has forced us to modify our schedule in recent weeks. We understand that these changes may have caused inconvenience and disappointment, and we sincerely apologize to all affected passengers," the company statement said.
It is noted that the changes mainly involve reducing the frequency of flights on certain routes rather than canceling them entirely.
"All affected customers have been informed of available alternatives, including rebooking on other flights or requesting a full refund," assures the airline.
