Cyta Launches Three New Initiatives to Reduce Digital Inequality

Cyta has announced the launch of three new initiatives as part of its strategy to create an inclusive digital environment. The projects aim to make technology more accessible to vulnerable groups and residents of remote areas.
The initiatives were selected following an open competition announced in July 2025, which attracted significant interest from civil society organizations as well as representatives from research and innovation sectors. After a multi-stage evaluation, three partners were chosen:
- Ablebook Ltd — developing digital accessibility solutions for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.
- Vernian RTI Ltd — educational programs for children and youth aged 13–25 on responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence.
- CYENS Centre of Excellence — transferring digital knowledge and skills to residents of rural and remote areas.
Cyta emphasizes that these projects are part of a broader strategy to strengthen social cohesion and ensure equal access for all citizens to digital services and competencies.
