Accident at Agios Tychonas: Lanes Toward Limassol Blocked

On Thursday morning, a traffic accident occurred on the Nicosia–Limassol highway near Agios Tychonas, causing significant traffic disruptions toward Limassol.
According to the police, two vehicles were involved in the collision. The circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
Due to the accident, both lanes toward Limassol were temporarily blocked until the vehicles were removed from the roadway. Drivers are advised to exercise extra caution and follow the instructions of police officers at the scene.
One person in one of the vehicles was taken to the hospital. Information about their condition has not yet been disclosed.
The investigation into the cause of the accident continues.
