Two accidents occurred this morning on the Larnaca – Famagusta highway
On Tuesday morning, two road accidents occurred simultaneously on the Larnaca – Famagusta highway.
The first collision happened around 07:30 in the direction of Famagusta, near the Livadia exit. According to preliminary information, two cars collided there. One person was taken to the hospital by ambulance for a preventive check-up.
Almost at the same time, another accident occurred on the same highway, but in the direction of Larnaca — near the Oroklini exit. In this case, two cars also collided, but there were no injuries.
Police officers arrived at the scene to assist the drivers and regulate traffic. The accidents caused a traffic jam on the road.
Later, the vehicles were removed from the roadway, and traffic on the highway returned to normal.
