Courier Hospitalized After Golf Club Attack in Limassol
Another shocking attack on a food delivery driver has been reported in Limassol. A 23-year-old courier was hospitalized after being beaten with a golf club.
According to police, the assault happened late Tuesday evening. At around 8:00 PM, authorities received a report of an injured man in the Germasogeia area. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the 23-year-old courier, who had been ambushed while making a delivery.
Two hooded men on a motorcycle allegedly knocked him to the ground and struck him with a golf club before fleeing.
The victim was rushed to Limassol General Hospital, where doctors confirmed he had suffered multiple fractures. Police are continuing their investigation to identify and locate the attackers.
