Ministry of Foreign Affairs Updates Travel Advice for Citizens
Amid ongoing regional developments, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus has updated its travel recommendations for citizens.
Cypriots are advised to:
- Refrain from all travel to Israel;
- Avoid all travel to the Gaza Strip;
- Avoid non-essential travel to Nablus and Jenin in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
Additionally, the advisory issued on January 13, urging citizens to leave Iran and refrain from all travel to and from the country, remains in effect.
The Ministry urged citizens to register on the Connect2CY platform to receive real-time updates and facilitate potential consular assistance.
