Paralimni Municipality registers the brand “Protaras — Your Endless Summer”

On January 16, 2026, the Paralimni–Deryneia Municipality registered a trademark and trade name for Protaras’s “endless summer” with the Intellectual Property Office of Cyprus.

The name was registered in English and translates as “Protaras — Your Endless Summer.” In the municipality’s official statement, it is noted that the brand positions the resort as a destination that extends the summer holiday and makes it family-oriented and comfortable at any time of the year.

The registration allows the municipality to use the brand in all its campaigns and promotional activities. Paralimni–Deryneia Mayor Giorgos Nikolettos stated that this is a “very important and meaningful action” that officially establishes the identity of the destination and one of the best tourist resorts in the Mediterranean.

According to the municipality, an initiative is currently being implemented to create a unified branding strategy for the region.
