Extremely Hot Weather Continues in Cyprus on June 13th with Temperatures Up to 43°C
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Thursday, June 13th, a warm air mass will continue to affect the region, resulting in extremely hot weather.
In the first half of the day, the weather will be predominantly clear and hot. Coastal areas may temporarily experience increased low cloud cover or even fog.
The meteorological service forecasts that today, temperatures will rise to 43°C in inland areas, up to 37°C on the southern, eastern, and northern coasts, and up to 34°C on the western coast and in mountainous regions.
By evening, the weather will remain mostly clear, but later, there is a possibility of localized fog or low cloud cover, primarily along the coasts. The air temperature will drop to 25°C inland, and to 24°C on the southern, eastern, northern coasts, as well as on the western coast and in mountainous areas.
In the coming days, the temperature is expected to remain significantly above the seasonal average without any notable changes. However, during the weekend, temperatures will decrease significantly but will still remain above the seasonal average.
