On February 23, rain stopped in Cyprus, and a slight warming occurred
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Friday, February 23, the region continues to be affected by weak high pressure.
Today, in the first half of the day, the weather will be mainly clear, but in some places, there will be a gradual increase in cloudiness. Also, from time to time, there will be increased high cloudiness.
According to the meteorological forecast service, the air temperature during the day will reach up to 20°C in the inland areas and on the coast and up to 12°C in the mountains.
By evening, high and medium cloudiness will temporarily increase, and in some places, there will be increased low cloudiness. Later, the formation of locally weak fog is probable, mainly inland and in the east.
The air temperature will drop to about 9°C in the inland areas, to 12°C in the southeast and on the eastern coast, to 11°C on the western coast, to 10°C on the rest of the coast, and to 5°C in the mountainous areas.
No significant temperature changes are expected on Saturday, but on Sunday, it will rise and fluctuate significantly above the average climatic values. On Monday, the temperature will slightly decrease.
