On March 4th, Cyprus expects cloudy weather with brief showers and thunderstorms

According to the Republic of Cyprus Meteorology Department, on Monday, March 4th, the region is influenced by weak low pressure. Meteorologists predict cloudy weather with light rain and thunderstorms.

Today, in the first half of the day, increased cloudiness and isolated showers are expected on the west and north coasts. Gradually, the weather will become cloudy, with isolated showers or even brief thunderstorms expected in the mountains and inland areas. Winds will mainly blow from the southwest to the northwest.

According to the meteorological forecast, the daytime air temperature will reach up to 19°C in inland areas, up to 20°C on the coasts, and up to 10°C in mountainous areas.

By evening, the sky will clear. The air temperature will drop to approximately 5°C in inland areas, 8°C on the coast, and 3°C in mountainous areas, where frost may form in some places.

On Tuesday, the temperature will slightly increase, mainly in inland areas and in the mountains, and will fluctuate above average climatic values. A slight decrease is expected on Wednesday, and no significant changes are expected on Thursday; it will be close to average climatic values.
