Dangerous Toasters Withdrawn from Sale in Cyprus
The Department of Electromechanical Services of the Republic of Cyprus has identified a toaster on the market that does not meet safety standards. The manufacturer has voluntarily withdrawn the product from sale.
According to the department's report, the toaster in question is produced by TZS FIRST AUSTRIA, model FA-5367-CH (WD-005), with China as the country of origin, and is distributed by A. Stephanis & Co Ltd. This appliance poses a significant safety risk to users, as it can lead to burns during use.
Consumers who own this product are strongly advised not to use it and to return it immediately to the store where it was purchased.
The product must be returned to the distributor, who is responsible for the effective and timely recall of the items.
