Trees Planted on a Beach in Paphos
Students from Mandria Primary School took part in a tree-planting initiative on a beach in the Paphos district. With the support of the Paphos Regional Tourism Board (ETAP) and the local village council, a total of 50 trees were planted.
This initiative is the first of its kind in Paphos' tourism sector. Organizers hope the newly planted trees will provide natural shade for beachgoers and contribute to the area’s environmental sustainability.
ETAP has also announced plans to further improve the beach, aiming to transform it into a model destination with better accessibility and high-quality facilities for visitors.
