Night raids by police: dozens of fines, arrests and seized vehicles
Last night, police carried out large-scale preventive operations across the country, stepping up patrols in key areas of cities. The main objectives of the raids were to prevent crime, maintain public order and improve public safety.
During the operations, two people were arrested on various charges, including possession of non-cleared goods and domestic violence.
According to police, overnight officers stopped and checked 473 vehicles, as well as 568 drivers and passengers. At the same time, inspections were carried out at 42 establishments, resulting in three administrative reports.
Particular attention was paid to traffic violations. A total of 339 fines were issued, 117 of which were for speeding. Police also carried out 56 alcohol checks: two drivers were found to be driving under the influence.
In addition, police officers carried out three drug screening tests, one of which returned a positive result. As part of the operations, ten vehicles were seized.
Police stressed that such raids will continue daily. The strengthened presence of patrols, random checks and оперативные actions are aimed at combating crime, protecting citizens and maintaining public order across the country.
