Top 10 Real Estate Sales Published in Cyprus in February
The Cypriot real estate market analytical company, Ask Wire, has published a report describing the ten most expensive real estate transactions made in February 2024. Paphos and Limassol are leading.
According to analysts, the total value of the 50 largest real estate deals in February amounted to over 55 million euros. The most expensive sale was a plot of land in the Paphos area worth 4.8 million euros.
The total amount of the 50 largest deals in February exceeded 55 million euros. 63.4 percent of this amount accounted for real estate in the Paphos and Limassol areas.
Overall, Paphos accounted for five transactions in the top ten sales, followed by Limassol with four sales and Nicosia with one. These transactions amounted to 12.6 million euros in Paphos, 9.8 million euros in Limassol, and 2.75 million euros in Nicosia.
The top ten most expensive properties in the Paphos area were sold for €17.5 million, the top ten in Limassol for €17.4 million, and in Nicosia for €9.4 million.
The ten real estate properties with the lowest value sold in February were located in the Larnaca area, totaling 7 million euros. Next comes the Famagusta area with 3.7 million euros.
Compared to January 2024, there was a noticeable significant increase in high-value real estate transactions in February.
