The Greenhouse of The Landmark Nicosia Hotel to Reopen in a Renovated Form
The Landmark Nicosia Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott, a project by MHV, announced the return of the Greenhouse — a historic meeting space in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Greenhouse is preparing to welcome its first visitors simultaneously with the hotel’s upcoming reopening.
The new version of the Greenhouse combines elements of historic interior design with contemporary style. The interior uses natural tones and materials; the hall is designed for everyday and business meetings. The operational format provides service throughout the day with food and beverage options, overlooking the hotel’s pool and gardens.
A major artistic composition measuring 206 square meters, covering the ceiling in four concave sections, plays a key role in the design. The composition is by artist Agata Leszczyńska; the space was designed by the award-winning studio D/DOCK in collaboration with the project client MHV. According to the artist, the composition is inspired by Cypriot heritage and water motifs from traditional courtyards.
The Greenhouse is positioned as a public space for residents and visitors of Nicosia, intended for personal meetings, business events, and everyday leisure.
