Ferry Service Cyprus - Greece Extended for Another Three Years
The Government of the Republic of Cyprus has extended the contract for the sea passenger service between Cyprus and Greece for another three years.
The decision was made based on the successful operation of the service, which has transported over 21,000 passengers, 7,000 vehicles, and 700 pets since its launch in 2022.
The Deputy Minister of Shipping stated that this service is particularly popular among travelers who face difficulties with air travel.
It should be noted that this year, the ferry service between Cyprus and Greece started on May 29 and will run until September 3. A total of 22 round trips are planned for the third season of the sea passenger service between Cyprus and Greece. There will be six trips in May-June, seven in July, and nine in August-September.
