President of Cyprus Congratulates Donald Trump on His Inauguration
Donald Trump was officially sworn in last night as the 47th President of the United States of America. President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly inaugurated U.S. leader.
President Christodoulides shared his message on the social media platform X. In his statement, he highlighted the potential for Cyprus and the United States to achieve significant progress through close collaboration.
"Congratulations to @realDonaldTrump on his inauguration as the 47th President of the USA! Cyprus and the USA can accomplish great things by working closely together to strengthen our strategic partnership, promote regional peace and stability, and deepen ties between the EU and the USA," wrote the Cypriot leader.
