Dust, brief rain, and thunderstorms with hail: Weather in Cyprus on February 13

According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Tuesday, February 13, low pressure begins to affect the region. Dust continues to linger in the atmosphere today.

Today, in the first half of the day, the weather will be predominantly cloudy with moderate to high cloud cover, later some light rain is expected, possibly with thunderstorms. The wind will be mainly northeast and southeast, ranging from light to moderate.

According to the meteorological service forecast, the air temperature during the day today will reach up to 19°C in inland areas, up to 21°C on the coast, and up to 11°C in the mountains.

By the evening, the weather will be predominantly cloudy, with isolated downpours expected, and after midnight - isolated thunderstorms. Hail is possible during thunderstorms.

The air temperature will drop to about 11°C in inland areas and on the northern coast, to 15°C on the eastern and western coasts, to 13°C on the remaining coasts, and to 5°C in mountainous areas.

The temperature will gradually decrease until Thursday, fluctuating near average climatic values.
