Tourist in Critical Condition After Losing Consciousness While Swimming in Limassol
A 55-year-old tourist is in critical condition after losing consciousness while swimming at a beach in Limassol. Doctors are currently working to save her life.
According to a statement from the police, the incident occurred on the afternoon of May 21. At around 3:00 PM, the woman was found unconscious in the sea, approximately 80 to 100 meters from the shore. Lifeguards quickly pulled her from the water and brought her to land using a speedboat. She was rushed to Limassol General Hospital, where she was admitted to the intensive care unit.
The case is being investigated by the Limassol Central Police Station.
