In Limassol, water supply will be suspended in several areas on October 29 from 05:00 to 20:00
The Limassol District Self-Government Organization (EOAL) informs that on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, a planned water supply interruption will take place in a large part of the city from 05:00 to 20:00.
The shutdown is due to works for the relocation and modernization of the main water pipeline. EOAL notes that these works are part of a broader plan to improve the water infrastructure to ensure stable and safe water supply in the coming years.
The interruption will affect two main areas: the entire territory south of the Limassol highway (from Makariou III Street — Mesa Geitonia Road to the western part of the Limassol Industrial Zone) and the area north of Makariou III Avenue (from Ariel traffic lights to Paphos Road extending to Epimeteos Street).
EOAL assures that all possible measures will be taken to complete the works as quickly as possible and restore water supply.
For details and a map of the affected area, residents can visit the website of the Limassol District Self-Government Organization (https://eoalemesos.org.cy), where the relevant information is published.
