According to the police press office, emergency services were alerted to the fire in the Kapsalos area around 3:10 AM. A car owned by a 70-year-old man was the first to catch fire in a parking lot near a residential building. The flames quickly spread to two nearby vehicles.
Firefighters, who arrived at the scene promptly, managed to contain the blaze. As a result, the first car was completely destroyed, while the other two vehicles sustained significant damage.
