Temporary water outage in Limassol

On October 29, in Limassol, water supply is temporarily suspended as part of works to modernize the water supply system, reports the Cyprus Water Board (ΕΟΑ).
Timing and reasons:
The water outage will last from 5:00 to 20:00. The works include relocation and modernization of the main water pipeline, necessary to improve infrastructure and ensure long-term stable water supply to the city.
Areas affected by the outage:
- Southern part: from Makariou III Street (Mesa Geitonia road) to the western part of the Limassol Industrial Zone.
- Northern part: from Ariel traffic lights to Pafos Street, continuing to Epimetheus Street.
ΕΟΑ Limassol assures that maximum effort will be made to expedite the works and restore water supply as soon as possible. Residents are advised to prepare a water reserve and take into account temporary inconveniences.
