In October, Cyprus to Hold a Series of Online Auctions for Agricultural Land Sales

Themis announced that in October a series of online auctions will be held, offering over 180 plots of agricultural land across Cyprus. Starting prices begin at €1,000, making these properties accessible to both farmers and investors.
The auctions will take place via the e-auctions online platform (eauction-cy.com). The plots are distributed across all administrative districts of the island, including land suitable for agricultural and livestock use, as well as plots with potential for residential development. Themis emphasizes that such investments can hold high investment value and generate long-term profits.
Auction schedule by district:
- Nicosia: October 6–10
- Limassol: October 13–17
- Paphos: October 20–24
- Larnaca: October 27–29
- Famagusta: October 30–31
In Nicosia, for example, a 2,267 m² plot in the agricultural zone of the Paliometocho community is offered with a reserve price of €12,000. Another lot is a 5,445 m² plot in the Nisu area, part of which is in a protected zone, with a starting price of €15,500.

To participate in the auctions, registration on the e-auctions platform is required. The platform also provides a complete list of available plots and detailed instructions for potential buyers.
