In Paphos, a 15-year-old teenager fell from the roof of a four-story building. Doctors assess his condition as severe but not life-threatening.
According to law enforcement officials, the report of the child falling from a height was received by the Paphos police around 13:45 yesterday. Police officers immediately arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area.
It was found that the injured person is 15 years old, and he fell from the roof of a four-story building, which is 16 meters high. The child was in the building because his mother works there. After the fall, he reported that it was an accident.
The injured teenager was taken by ambulance to the general hospital in Paphos and then transferred to a hospital in Nicosia. He was diagnosed with fractures of the jaw, pelvis, and both arms. Currently, his condition is described as severe but not life-threatening.
