49-year-old woman found dead in Paralimni: police investigate circumstances
An investigation is underway in Paralimni following the discovery of the body of a 49-year-old foreign woman who was residing in Cyprus. The woman was found dead in the bathroom of her apartment.
The apartment was immediately cordoned off by police, and at this stage no possible causes of death are ruled out — from natural to criminal.
According to preliminary information, the woman had health problems and had not been in contact for the past day, after which a search for her began. The exact circumstances and cause of death will become known after the examinations are completed.
