A jewelry boutique in Paphos was robbed in three minutes
Last night in Paphos, a jewelry boutique in one of the shopping centers was robbed. It took the thieves just three minutes to take away all the jewelry.
According to the police, around 1:45 am, the owner of the jewelry store in the shopping center on Makarios Avenue in Paphos received a message on his mobile phone that the alarm had gone off in the salon. The owner of the shop immediately reported this to the police.
Law enforcement officers immediately arrived at the scene. However, by the time they arrived, the thieves had already emptied the boutique: they had packed all the jewelry into suitcases and disappeared. It took them only three minutes to commit the robbery.
The store has a closed monitoring system. According to the footage from the surveillance cameras, there were three robbers. The value of the stolen jewelry has not yet been calculated.
