Police and fire service candidates took part in an initiative organized by the Kemal Saraçoğlu Foundation to support patients with leukemia and lymphoma.
The event took place at the Police Academy, where foundation representatives held an information session on blood diseases and their treatment.
Following the presentation, volunteers among the future police officers and firefighters provided saliva samples to register as donors with the World Bone Marrow Bank, offering a chance of survival to those in need of a transplant.
