The Hamitköy Cultural and Arts Center in Lefkoşa is planned to be completed in 2026
Construction of the new Harmancı Lefkoşa Kültür Sanat Binası is ongoing and is expected to be fully completed in 2026, municipal authorities in Lefkoşa reported.
The project is conceived as a multifunctional space for culture and the arts. The building is planned to include theatre and concert halls, exhibition spaces, as well as rooms for workshops and educational programs. The center is intended to become one of the key venues for cultural events in the capital.
The municipality emphasizes that the facility is designed for both professional artists and local initiatives—from theatrical productions to musical and artistic projects. The project’s implementation aims to develop the cultural life of Lefkoşa and support the creative community.
