Raw milk prices rise in Northern Cyprus

In the TRNC, an increase in purchase prices for raw cow’s milk has been approved. The price has been raised by 19%, with the decision made in coordination with relevant authorities and sector representatives.
The price hike is explained by higher costs for farmers, including more expensive feed, fuel, and farm maintenance. It is expected that the increase in raw material prices will eventually affect the cost of dairy products for consumers.
