Seven People Identified Living Illegally in Northern Cyprus
Immigration Service officers identified seven individuals living in the country without legal status during inspections across the TRNC.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the inspections were conducted jointly with the General Directorate of Police and district administrations.
During the raids, individuals residing in the country without the necessary documents were identified, and legal procedures were initiated against them.
Inspections took place in various areas, including border zones, city centers, and workplaces.
Following their identification, the detainees were referred to the Immigration Service for necessary processing, including deportation.
The Ministry emphasized that the fight against illegal migration will continue to ensure public order and security. Authorities also urged citizens to report suspicious situations to the relevant services.
