Cigarette prices in Northern Cyprus rise again: a pack of Marlboro and Parliament reached 95 lira

In the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), an increase in prices for certain cigarette brands and heated tobacco takes effect from tomorrow. Local media reported this, citing official sources.

According to the new rates:

Marlboro and Parliament will be sold for 95 Turkish lira per pack.

Four types of flavored Terea cigarettes with an "explosive" taste ("patlatmalı") will cost buyers 100 lira per pack. The other eight varieties of this brand will cost 95 lira each.

Muratti and Heets Turkuaz — 94 lira.

Fiit — 91 lira.

The higher prices will also affect heated tobacco products. Media representatives reported an increase of 6 lira.
